In the beginning God made two perfect people, Adam and Eve. He wanted them to be His friends and look after the world. Sadly, they chose to disobey Him.

Their ‘sin' ruined their relationship with God and affected the whole human race - which includes you. The things that you do wrong (swearing, lying, selfishness, etc.) separate you from God.

God loves you and wants to be your friend, but you can't enjoy a relationship with Him while there is still sin in your life. You may try to please Him by doing good deeds, but they'll never be good enough and they won't cancel out your sin.

You are imprisoned by it.

So how do you get rid of your sin?

You can't. God has to do it for you.

That's why He sent Jesus into the world. Jesus lived a perfect life and deserved to be totally accepted by God.  Instead, He allowed God to Him on the cross for you.

You deserve to die for your sin, but Jesus died in your place.  By rising from the dead He demonstrated that He's still alive and will give you eternal life, if you come to Him.

To become a Christian, you must:             

1. Admit to God that you have sinned against Him. Tell

Him you're really sorry for the things you've done wrong

and that you're going to stop doing them.

 2. Believe that when Jesus died on the cross, He took the punishment for your sin.

 3. Receive full forgiveness of your sins and eternal life be cause of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

 4. Make Jesus Lord  of your life by asking Him to lead every aspect of your life.
